12 Days of Fitness

This is a Cycling pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 3729)

This is a high endurance cycling activity for the upcoming holidays. It takes almost the entire class (45 minutes-1 hour) excluding a warm-up. My classes have really enjoyed it so far. Keep those ideas coming!

Feel free to improvise or switch any skill. Make it enjoyable for yourself as well as your members. I try talk to them during the longer exercises (like day 7) to get their minds off sprinting. I ask them things like...what are they buying spouse/children? Favorite holiday food? ...you get the idea. Class is over before you know. Please email me with any questions/comments.
