Blow Chunks!!!

This is a Cycling pattern from (pattern 3747)

My mountain biking guru Craig treated me to this lung buster. He's a Reebok instructor. (We won't hold that against him?)

Make this a competion or a way of testing improvement. How many sets can you do. Even better, How many sets can you do and before you can't make the heart rate % you've laid out in the below drill.

On a 1 to 10 scale (5 being where you'd want to stand because it's getting hard)
