The 12 Drills of Fitness (a Christmas theme)

I read the "12 Days of Fitness" that was submitted recently. I thought it was a superb idea! But, since I teach Keiser classes, I was unfamiliar with many of the moves. I have made up my own "12 Drills of Fitness" using Keiser moves. I hope the contributor of the "12 Days of Fitness" doesn't mind!

The idea is to start with drill #1. Move to drill #2, then repeat drill #1. Then drill #3, drill #2, drill #1. And so on, just like the song "The 12 Days of Christmas". Each time after we finish drill #1, we recover for about 30 seconds while I explain the next drill.

Also, the first time I added a new drill, I taped up a piece of paper on the wall with the name of the drill on it. That way, people could follow along (and it helped me remember!)

Here goes... (It took me an hour-long class to get through all of this.)

I hope this routine gets posted in time for some of you to try it during the holiday season. If not, save it for next Christmas! I got good feedback on this routine - people said it kept them focused, especially having the drills taped up on the wall.
