Just Rocking Around

This is an Aquatic pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 3767)

You can use a small ball or a single barbell with this pattern
  1. Rockers- 8x right leg lead 8x left leg lead
  2. Jog in place- circle ball or barbell forward under water 8x then circle back 8x
  3. Rockers- 8x right leg lead 8x left leg lead
  4. Jog in place- press ball or barbell up overhead then down to chest height 16x
  5. Rockers- 8x right leg lead 8x left leg lead
  6. Twists side to side- hold ball or barbell in front of body and twist side to side- keep abs tight and pelvis neutral 16x
  7. Rockers- 8x right leg lead 8x left leg lead
