Take Time To Cool Down (Tai Chi)

Hey, have you noticed there are no cooldown patterns submited to this site? Well, I have one for you.

I started using these simple tai chi exercises as part of my cool down in my cardio kickboxing classes and now I incorporate them to step and hi-low classes too. My students like it very much.

#1 The Tiger

Repeat from the opposite side

#2 The Wave

Repeat from right to left.

#3 The Ball

Repeat left lead.
