This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 3794)

Each block is 32 count, reversible, and transitions smoothly. (This puts you on the left lead leg to repeat block)

(The above repeater combo is all done with same leg. Substitute a 4 count repeater knee if you need to.)
(Reverse the combo with left grapevine boxes)

(Step right and pivot to left leg back in rear lunge position. Step left and pivot to right leg back in rear lunge position. Power these lunges by adding plyometric jump on the pivot)
