This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 3800)
Combo 1:
- Grapevine right and left (8)
- March forward 3 with tap (hustle) (4)
- March back 3 with tap (hustle) (4)
- Alternating step touch 4x (8)
(arms: right arm up, left up, down, down, bicep curl,
double clap)
- Hamstring curls (single, single, double) (8)
(double curl can rotate outward with 4 hops)
Repeat other lead
Combo 2:
- March or jog forward 4 (4)
- Out out, in in or double time football run 8 (4)
- Jacks in place 4x (8)
- Diagonal grapevines or shuffles back 2x (8)
- V-step right (4)
- Power jack or squat (4)
Repeat other lead
Combo 3:
- Shuffle to the right (4)
- Mambo left 3x --> mambo, pivot, squat (12)
- Double gravevine left and right either low, or
syncopated.. (16)
Repeat other lead
