My Calves are Mooing!!!

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 1938)

Have each student get two benches (if you don't have benches, see options below). Place one bench flat on the floor and stand on it. Hold the other bench in front of you, vertically, for balance. Place feet on bench so that heels are off the bench. Straighten knees and lower heels slightly below the level of the bench. This is the START position. For a count of two, raise up on toes as high as you can, and return to start. Speed up to singles, then pulses. Slowing back to counts of two, turns toes inward and heels out. Repeat pattern with feet in this position. Lastly, turn toes out and heels in for doubles, singles and pulses. See if they can get all the way through these!!!
