This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 1952)
- Run to the left corner, pumping arms over your head (8)
- Lunge straight back 4x (8)
- 4 single knee lifts (8)
- 4 more single knee lifts while turning to the right side of room (8)
- 8 straight leg kicks (16)
- Knee lift then straight kick on the right leg, then left 4x (16)
- Start from the beginning and run to the left side of the room.
My class loves this combination. It is intense with basic moves. I
