Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 1946)
Hello World!
The following combos are not difficult and great fun.
You can easily modify them to be Step combos. If you like your step combos
more challenging, look for
"More Magnificent & Malicious Metamorphose Moves".
And if you love simple and effective stepping, look for
"Seven Simple Smooth & Safe Samples".
These are the almost the same pattern, but modified.
Combo 1 (16 + 16)
- Toe tap right leg to right side (2)
- Grapevine right lead, moving to the right (4)
- Toe tap left leg to left side (2)
- Grapevine left lead, moving to the left (4)
- Walk in a small circle, right lead, clockwise = follow right shoulder (4)
- Repeat on other lead
Combo 2 (16 + 16)
- Double step touch right lead, moving right (4)
at the end, turn 90 to the right
- Gallop left lead, facing right wall, moving up to front (4)
- Double step touch right lead, facing back wall (4)
- 2x Jumping jack (4)
- Repeat on other lead
Combo 3 (16 + 16)
- 2x V-Step right lead (8) (use different arms to make it interesting)
- Squat right (4)
- Mambo left lead (4)
- Repeat other lead
Combo 4 (32)
- 4x Pony alternate moving up (8)
- 4x Heeldig moving backwards (8)
- Walk to front right corner (4)
- Hop straight backwards (4)
- Walk to front left corner (4)
- Hop straight backwards (4)
Combo 5 (16 + 16)
- Step touch right and left (4)
- Grapevine right lead to front right corner (4)
- Grapevine left lead moving to back, facing left wall (4)
- Hustle = walk 3 right lead and tap 1 left, facing and moving to left wall (4)
- Repeat other lead:
- Step touch left and right (4) (still facing left wall)
- Grapevine left lead to back left corner (4)
- Grapevine right lead moving to right, facing front (4)
- Hustle = walk 3 left lead and tap 1 right, facing and moving front (4)
Combo 6 (32)
- Grapevine right lead (4) on count 4, lift left leg (abductor)
- 2x left leg lift (abductor) on even counts (4)
- Grapevine left lead with 3 leg lifts right (8)
- Step touch moving up, right, left, right (6)
- Lunge back left leg (2)
- Step touch moving back, left, right, left (6)
- Lunge back right leg (2)
Combo 7 (32 + 32)
- 2x Knee lift right leg (4)
- 2x Hamstring left leg (4)
- Grapevine right (4)
- Grapevine left (4)
- 2x V-Step right lead (8)
- Hustle up & back (8)
- Repeat on other lead
