Turn like you've never turned before!
This is a
Step pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 1947)
1. Seven point turnstep
- Turnstep but on the 4th count bring your knee up, then right back
down on the step (no tap!!) and turnstep back (6), then on the floor
march (2) or you can hop twice
2.
- "Squat hop hop" (see below) x 3 (12)
- Stay on top and march (4)
- Walk the plank (step forward right (2), then left (2))
- March back on top of the step (4)
- Lunge side to side for 3 and exit
Then you can put the two together!
Squat hop hop - squat on step then come up on top and hop twice (4).
You want to travel these 3 around the left end of your step (then
right when you repeat the move on the other side)
