WARM UP
- 2 Right basic step
- 2 Right V step
- 4 Alternate knee up (option: you can form a square)
- 2 Double jacks
- Repeat with your left leg for 2x32 count move
- Kickboxer's move direct punch right arm & side (8)
- Kickboxer's move direct punch left arm & side (8)
- 4 Kicks right leg (2 in the front 1 low 1 higher &2
to the right side 1 low 1 higher) (8)
- 4 Kicks left leg (same way as above) (8)
- 8 Counts very fast jogging
- 8 Counts free roping move
- (do this twice for 32 counts)
CHOREO
- Grapevine to the right & 3 alternating heel up (option: heel up
forming 90 degrees corner ..._|) (8)
- Tsa Tsa leading left leg 2x slow or 4x fast (8)
(moving front & back in the classroom)
- 1 Repeater knee up left leg (8)
- 4 Scissors (8)
- 4 Jacks (in 2 make 1/2 turn face back) (8)
- 4 Knee up alternating (8)
- 4 Jacks (in 2 make 1/2 turn face front) (8)
- 4 Low kicks alternating (8)
- 2 Single pony right leg leading(4)
- 1 Double pony right leg (4)
- 2 Mambo left leg leading left leg(8)
- Repeat ponys with left leg leading (16)
