Hi/Lo Fun

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 1977)

You can do this all low or add power movements

The 'trick' on the grapevine is step, back, step, curl, then lift knees. On the second knee lift your knee will be in the air and your next count is the start of the mambo on the other side. i.e. on the third grapevine you will end with your left leg in the air in a hamstring curl. The two knee lifts are right then left...then mambo left, etc.

Arms - touch the back of your head alternating, then back of your hips.
