Kim's Jan 98 Combo

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 1982)

Bench is vertical. Approach from left side, right lead. Explanations at end.

Lunge bench/floor:
Approach is from the end, bench to your side, step up and lunge on bench, then other foot lunges on floor. Lunge on side, hop over top: After you finish 4 lunges, turn to right after right foot lunges, immediately tap down with left foot on left side of the bench, hop over the bench, then do a 1/2 tempo squat to the floor.

Over top, turn, over top, turn:
When you go over the top, you don't tap down, you do a turn (left up, right up, left down, right down, you are facing long side of bench, left up again, right up, left down, right down turning (you should be facing front room, bench to your side).
