Minnesota Vertical

This is a Warmup pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 1995)

Final product:

I usually do the curls for a while then the taps then the knees then give it direction. I do the step touch singles and doubles then the single/single/double combo. I like "natural" arms and don't feel a need to dictate them during this warm-up. I also do the grapevine hustle step touch combo alone first right/left and get used to it. This is fun, it flows, and it is easy to teach. Thank-you CRUNCH FITNESS for the initial suggestion; the rest is mine =)
