Curb walk=Often called a peg leg. It is a march but one foot marches on the bench and the other foot marches on the floor. Good workout for the quads if you do it long enough!

Two way curb walk= It is just like doing 2 curb walks EXCEPT the second curb walk goes on the other side of the bench into a straddled position. After this second curb walk go directly into step knee straddle!
