Approach is vertical, right side. Explanations of any unfamiliar steps are
at end of routine.
Block 1
- Turnstep X 1, turnstep on top X 1 (8)
- Double lunge right (4)
- Squat 1/2 tempo to floor, back to top (4)
- Lunge right and left, straddle down, straddle up (8)
- Lunge right, left, right, exit bench to left (8)
Block 2
- Heel dig on bench, turn, heel dig on floor, turn back to front (8)
- March forward X 3, back X 3 (8)
- V-step X 2 (bench and floor) (8)
- Knee hop turn to other side, knee hop turn back (8)
Block 3
- Turnstep, straddle, turnstep, straddle (8)
- Repeater knee, straddle, repeater knee, straddle (16)
- To top of bench, basic exit off back, basic up/down (8)
Block 4
- Rock on top, straddle down (8)
- Kick travel (right side of bench) (8)
- Outside loop (8)
- Peg leg X 2 (4)
- Over top to left (4)
Block 5
- L-step (8 counts), on 2nd knee, turn back left so you are on end
of bench, bench to your right, you are facing left wall
- Cross top (long) (4)
- March X 4 to other end of bench (4)
- Cross top (long) (4)
- Knee hop to side of bench (facing back of room) (4)
- Turnstep X 1 (4)
- Jumping jack X 2 on floor (4)
Ready to start from Block 1, approach from right side.
Turnstep on top--right foot up, turn, left foot up, march right and left
foot on top
V-step (bench and floor)--face front of room, inside foot on bench,
outside foot on floor do a V-step like you would on the bench
Rock on top--6 counts are on top of the bench, last 2 counts are the
straddle down, step right foot to top, left knee up, ham curl right leg,
left knee up again, straddle the bench
Outside loop--over top to left, turn on floor (no tap), over top to left
again (facing back of room), turn on floor again, will be facing front of
