Front, Back & ALL Around

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 2082)

Place your bench horizontal.

This whole pattern can be done facing front and not traveling. Take out the knee hop and do just 1 knee lift. Also for around the world, just do traveling knee lifts. For beginners keep them front until they feel comfortable then add the direction.
