Do it again, left lead!

Take time teaching the correct technique for the arms at the beginning of each section, just marching or step 'n' touch. Watch the back in the parallel squat/dead lift. Practice the moves, no arms. Add the arms and legs together, away you go!

Do you do New Body? I do this routine at about 126-128 BPM with light hand held weights of 1-2lb. It doesn't sound very heavy, but believe me, they feel like they weigh a ton after five minutes and it really works. But you don't have to use the weights!

You get all the benefits of a low impact workout plus weights, - stamina and tone (but it doesn't build muscle).

I turn to the lower body after this routine for lots of squats, still using the weights but with low bicep curls or lateral extentions.
