Get The Heart Pumping!!!!!

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 1853)

Step is Vertical.
You are facing the Left wall with the step on your right.

I use this combination towards the middle of my step routine. I think it really gets people motivated. I think it's alot of fun !!!!!!!!!


This brings you to do the other side now. You should be on the right side of your bench facing the right wall. Now continue with the left straddle.

I do break this down. I show the first 32 count combo, after going over that a few times, I go immediately into an "L" step, right and left.

My "L"-step is alternating 3 knees on the end of the step from side to side. (8 counts each)

I then cut the "L"-step down to alternating 2 knees and going directly over the step, and doing the same on the other side. Then I break that down to just going over and back a few times more. Now that really gets the heart rate going. After that I go into the jacks with the turn and the knee kick and over the top. I tap it out a little so people can catch their breath and go through the whole thing. It's really alot of fun!!! Enjoy!!!! Any questions, please email me. Thanks Kim :)
