Funky Warmup

This is a Warmup pattern from (pattern 2792)

Shift weight side to side, arms go: (I usually build up the range of motion from shoulder rolls through to full arm circles)

(when warming up behind a step, I usually turn the class to face the back of the room by stepping over the platform on the second hamstring curl (step over with the left foot). Then the second set of grapevines are performed facing the back of the room; the next set of hamstring curls returns you to face the front)

(this last move involves stepping HALFWAY over the platform, and back, always facing are now ready to repeat from the top, or from the march back)
