The Scooby Doo!

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 2801)

For large classes:

The students should stand in two lines facing their partner. They should jog continuously.

The two students at the top end of the line should do one of the following cardio-aerobic activities for the length of the two lines of students and join onto the bottom end and begin jogging again until it is their turn to do the next activity.


To be incorporated in hi intensity & advanced classes. This is a fun concept for an aerobic class. It keeps the students moving. Because they are awaiting their turn they will not notice the time flying past. This should take up 15-25 minutes of the entire class and should be incorported after the warmup and the first 10-15 minutes of aerobic activity.
