Step pattern from

(pattern 2802)
Start with the board horizontal in front of you.
- 1 Step up onto the board, turn immediately so that the board is
vertical in front of you and go into:
- 3 Alternating lunges (4)
- 3 Straddle-kicks (12)
- 4 Hops backward (4)
- 2 Hamstring curls on the end of the board (8)
- 1 Pivot around the edge (4) so that you face the board horizontal
again and repeat facing the other side this time.
(32) Count each side.
