This is an Athletic Intensity Training Class - and is intended for students who have a healthy & strong cardiovascular system! - there are several different ways I set up my room - today set it up as indicated. Note that each person will be on a step perform the athletic move, do basic step all the way down the step line and then as they come off the last step they will go "up through" the space between the lines and the cones and perform an athletic move following one another, they will then perform another athletic move through small cones. Ready set go!

At the back of the room set up 6" steps horizontally and end to end.


Leave large space

Cones:  X        X        X        X        X        X        X

Everyone to their step lines -

Now everyone come to center of room and face front - simulate: You can now repeat the lines from the top or quit and do push ups and tricep dips and other weight training activities.

This is a really fun class and my students just love it. I use Dynamix Co-ed training tape and pitch the tempo down to 126 - if you have any questions - email me - I have alot of other ideas.
