Wake up your abs!

This is an Abs pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 2885)

The first two exercises are a little bit more advanced and should not be used with clients who have lower back problems. After doing these exercises your abs should be pre-fatigued and you can go down to the floor and do your normal ab routine and trust me if these exercises are done slow and controlled, you will wake up the next day quite sore (my class was complaining!)

If you are confused - email me! I am a natural bodybuilder in addition to being an aerobics instructor so these have a bit of a bodybuilding influence!!
