Smooth and Easy Cooldown

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 2910)

This is a pretty basic, yet not ultra boring cooldown. You only need to go all the way through it two to four times depending on the kind of shape your aerobic clients are in.

Bench is horizontal. Everyone stands with the right side of their body parallel to the right end of the bench. With your right foot leading - and facing the side wall:

Now you're ready to start from the top with the other leg leading. It's much simpler in action. Good Luck!!!
