This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 2914)

Octupus is a 2 knee repeater to the left side of the bench then step on the left foot and lift your right knee high, then step on the right foot and lift left knee high, this should move you to the right side of the step and here you do a regular knee repeater. Instruct your members to keep abs tight as they lift their knees.
