Step is vertical.
Start on left side of step.
- Step up right food lead x3 moving to top of bench - 1st back,
2nd middle, and 3rd top. (12 counts)
- Half turn (4 counts)
- Diagonal (4 counts)
- Half turn (4 counts)
- Over the top x2 (8 counts)
Repeat on right side of step.
Go through the routine with single knee, hamstring, sockers, side lifts,
front lifts and then repeat with doubles.
