Basic Quad Stepping
This is a
Quad Step pattern from

CB = Change bench
#1
- Zig zag (basic right x2 travelling off the end) CB to 1st base
- Basic step x2 or a shooter
- 3 V-steps/ one knee
- 32 counts, repeat left leg back to home
#2
- One kick/ over the top
- Quick tap (up up lunge lunge down down)
- CB quick tap to neighbor
- One kick/ across the top
(now you are facing back of room on neighbor on left lead leg)
- 32 counts, repeat left lead leg to bring you back to home
#3
- Repeater knee off the end of the step
- Across the top CB across the top of 1st base
- Walk up and back
- Basic left (or variation)
- 32 counts, repeat left lead leg to back to home
#4
- Turn straddle off the end of the step
- Knees bench to bench x3/ basic step off the end of 1st
- Turnstep/over the bench
- Repeat left lead on 1st facing back
#5
- U-turn (turn straddle turn)
- Over the top of both benches
- Flamingo (step knee straddle down up and over)
- 2 Count knee repeat walk back around step (2 count knee backtrack)
- 32 counts repeat left leg
When you weave all five together you will travel and
utilize all four benches.
