This is a Step pattern from (pattern 2930)

Bench is horizontal and you are facing it.

First 8 count:

Second and third 8 counts:

Fourth 8 count:

A great low impact ending pattern to do as transition to cool down. This concentrates on inner thighs. Use also in interval class with weights in hands and resting on thighs at all times.
