Combo #3:
Break down by doing one move at a time; ex. 3 pivot practices with a tap step
in between giving them time to think about the next pivot coming up. I also
use this pivot in the warm up: right grapevine, right V-step, right mambo,
adding the pivot here. When pivoting on right foot, you turn left so I tell
them to look for the opposite foot when pivoting which makes it easy for
which way to turn. Right foot looks for it's left foot and left foot looks
for it's right foot.
Combo #5:
For 2 single knees, can also add the knee that's tapping the bench.
After you go thru the routine, then start at the beginning again on the
LEFT foot to balance out the body.
