Another AITC Class

This is a [Other] pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 2941)

This is an Athletic Interval Training Class - very intense and intended for students who are in fairly good cardiovascular condition.

Set up room as follows: closest to mirrors, set up steps of different heights vertically in a row with enough space between to work.

Now set up 4 - 6 inch cones (purchase at Target cheap)

Next come hurdles: set up 4 foot steps vertically to mirror 
about 2-3 feet from each other.

Ready Set Go!

Begin with warm up by walking around room pumping arms up and down, in and out. Add knee lifts, heel jacks etc...while going around come to center space and stretch. BPM (beats per minute) should be 124-128

Go to steps in front of mirror, each student to a step, do basics, repeaters etc...to begin the bell curve.

Come off and jog once around the room - go to cones

Repeat all from top then go back to individual steps and repeat upper body conditioning with 1 increment heavier weights.
