Cardio portion of workout

Add a cool down and have fun

Make sure you stress proper body alignment during the workout and proper body mechanics.

My classes loved this one, but it is a hard workout. Make sure your participants pace themselves. If you need to stretch it out add double time moves in in a couple of spots.
