Tough it Out!

Cycling pattern from

(pattern 2601)
This is a tough, short pattern. I like to use it for a 3 minute or
less song. My students love the challenge!
- Start with a seated flat climb, moderate to light resistance.
- After 20 seconds increase the resistance to VERY heavy.
- After 20 seconds take it up to a standing hill climb.
- After 20 seconds hit the saddle for 20 seconds more at heavy
resistance.
- Decrease resistance back to very light, moderate cadence, recover
and repeat pattern.
I usually have enough time to run through the pattern at least 3 times
before the end of the song.
Please keep your ideas coming! I have been a step instructor for many
years and spinning has been a great aternative for me. Thanks for
