4 Beginners

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 2626)

REPEAT!

These combinations are great for a low/strength class, especially if the instructor plans on doing exercises for the thighs and buttocks. This is because the hamstrings get a really good warm-up in addition to the rest of the legs (I don't know what all the muscles are referred to in English).

Movement of arms are not included above, but this should be added, making it as difficult as the class is able to manage.
