These are 32 count patterns:

### Pattern A

- Right step and left abduction; alternate x 4 (8)
- Right march out for 2 and right march in for 2, step touch x 2 (8)
- Left knee-up, alternate travelling forward x 4 (8)
- Right, left grapevines x 2 (8)

### Pattern B

- Left up and over, alternate x 2 (8)
- Left hamstring curls, alternate turning around travelling back (8)
- Right out out- in in x 1, right shuffle and left heel-toe x 1 (8)
- Right heel jack and right curl, alternate x 4 (8)

Repeat pattern A and B for the left side! Then continue with pattern C

### Pattern C

- Right grapevine x 1 (quarter turn), left double step touch x 1 (8)
- Left hamstring curls alternate turning around (quarter turn) x 4
Now you are facing back of the room! (8)
- Right grapevine x 1 (quarter turn), left double step touch x 1 (8)
- Right V-Step (quarter turn), now facing front left V-step x 2 (8)

Repeat pattern C for the left side beginning with left grapevine.
Then repeat from the very top! i.e patterns A and B

This is a hi-lo pattern.

If having problems doing heel jack and curl together, just do the simple
heel jacks or hamstring curls.

After the grapevine you could add a hop.

The rest stays the same! Maybe use the reverse pyramid method to teach!
