This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 2629)

These are 32 count patterns:

Pattern A

Pattern B

Repeat pattern A and B for the left side! Then continue with pattern C

Pattern C

Repeat pattern C for the left side beginning with left grapevine.

Then repeat from the very top! i.e patterns A and B

This is a hi-lo pattern.

If having problems doing heel jack and curl together, just do the simple heel jacks or hamstring curls.

After the grapevine you could add a hop.

The rest stays the same! Maybe use the reverse pyramid method to teach!
