Quick and Dirty -- thigh toning

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 2642)

Lie on side, arm fully extended -- bottom leg is bent, hips are stacked, top leg fully extended and foot is flexed ** Needless to say, halfway up and halfway down are the same position, but starting the lift at different points works a slightly different section of the thigh.

** This can be incorporated as part of a whole leg toning routine, but I often do it as my whole leg routine, and my classes like it. I call it "Jennifer's Quick and Dirty Leg Lifts," because it takes all of 60 seconds, but hurts like the very devil.
