3 in 1 Butt & Thigh Blaster

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 2670)

I have modified supine glute squeezes by adding resistance using the circular 1kg (2lb) weights you would usually put on a barbell.

It targets the glutes, hamstrings & adductors all at once .... and it's effective.
