Patty's Summer Shuffle

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 2676)

These combos are self-reversing. Step is horizontal.

Combo #1 (front approach)

Shuffle with a walk:
First you need to know a shuffle turn. 2 quick right foot pushes down the length of the step, march left foot right foot turning to the right to begin again with the left foot (to push) 4 counts ok, now, shuffle with a walk... 2 quick right foot pushes down the length of the step, (no turn) ... walk or (hustle?) [on the floor] to the left wall feet are these... left count 3 right count 4 left count 5 pivot on the balls of your forefeet on count 6 (turning toward the front wall and ending facing the right wall) walk back to your step facing right wall, left foot count 7 right foot count 8. Now you should be ready to do it leading left this time. Cue: push push walk walk walk turn walk walk [I'd tell you to write me if you dont get it but this is the best I can explain it! Just go slow and follow the foot steps with the count numbers]

Walk the plank:
Side approach - step up right [toes pointing to the left wall] then bring up left foot in front of the right one, such as walking forward on top of the step - then turn the other direction by turning on the balls of your feet bring up the right knee up on count 4, right foot down, left foot down, jumping jack. Cues like this: walk walk turn knee up down down jack

One legged over the top with opposite leg trailing behind, always using lead nearest to the step.
