Sleepless in Saint Rose

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 2677)

Sometimes when I can't sleep, I try to do something constructive. Since I eat, sleep, and drink step aerobics, its only logical that I try to figure out new patterns. I teach a beginners class, so this will be very basic. Of course one can modify to make more challenging!

Step is horizontal

(start with right lead, then change to left)

*Rhythmic basic:
Basic step taken at a slower tempo or stride. I cue it 1-2 right foot on bench, 3-4 left foot on the bench, 5-6 right foot on the floor, 7-8 left foot on the floor.

**Knee repeater with straddle (8) then repeat on opposite lead on the other side of bench, turn to face the opposite wall on 7-8, then repeat sequence with a right lead, ending up with a left lead. It totals 32.
