This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 2700)

In my aerobic class for handball players, I've chosen to do this exercise for ths thighs, since a lot of them have injuries, and said that squats hurt their knees. Anyways, I've chosen to do this one, and it really does target the front of the thighs.

I usually follow up with the Back & Buns exercise. I've gotten a lot of positive feedback on these exercises. The class is satisfied because they are easy to do right, and very effective.
