New Body #2!

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 2702)

This is a lo impact routine using light hand-held weights of 1 - 2lb (1/2 - 1kilo) each

Right lead:

Block 1 - 16 counts

Block 2 - 16 counts

Block 3 - 16 counts

Block 4 - 32 counts

Block 5 - 16 counts

Do it again, left lead!

This routine gets you out of breath in Blocks 1 and 2, rest Block 3, have to think Block 4, get ready to do it again, Block 5! Guaranteed to get you fit!
