This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 2704)

This is an very simple, yet very high intensity classes love it because it not only moves all over, but gives them a workout they don't have to think hard about figuring out. Enjoy!

When I teach this I have to repeat the L-grapevine many times at first, and I go through the whole thing a couple times before starting to break it down. I take my classes by surprise when I jump off the stage I teach on and move each side WITH them --- they seem to catch on a lot easier and like it better. This can take you anywhere from 25-35 minutes to teach -- it's really nice for beginner aerobics too!!! Thank you all so much for what you've contributed.
