From this point go the reverse direction.

I like to work in a pyramid going down -- Set of 8 counts moving right then left, then 4, then 2, down to singles.
I also like to add hand weights with my advanced classes - pulsing biceps

Tell them to keep those buns squeezed tight together and to stick 'em out far!
