This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 2712)
I borrowed some of these combos from a wonderful instructor at my gym
and made up a couple also.
Combo 1 (32 counts)
- Grapevine right step touch 2X
- Grapevine left step touch 2X
- Walk or jog up three and tap
- Walk or jog back three counts and tap
- Walk or jog up three counts and tap
- Walk or jog back three counts and tap
To challenge you can take out the tap and put in a knee lift.
Combo2 (32 counts)
- Step touch right, step touch left, step right left knee repeater (8)
- Step touch left, step touch right, step left right knee repeater (8)
- 4 Hamstrings moving up
- Double step touch to right back corner
- Double step touch to left back corner
Combo 3 (32 counts)
- Scoop up 4 times
- Grapevine to back right corner
- Grapevine to back left corner
- 4 Knee lifts
- Lunge back 4 times
Combo 4 (32 counts)
- Grapevine right 2 jacks
- Grapevine left 2 jacks
- Grapevine to the front right corner
- Grapevine to the front left corner
- 4 Jacks moving back
