More Cardio Kickbox

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 2725)

32 Block
Begin with right lead stance and arms in pyramid position..

32 Block
Squared up (both legs facing forward in horizontal plane)

You can repeat the first 32 block twice (changing leads) or combine the first and second (then change leads). Use jumping jacks to change leads.

Front kick:
bend at the knee and kick forward with the ball of the foot

Boxer's shuffle:
Change weight side to side on the balls of the feet

Lateral slip:
lateral flex with the ribs to the hips to slip punches
