All around kickboxing

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 2729)

Hello everyone. Im a second degree black belt in taekwon-do and a certified aerobics instructor, I've been teaching cardio kickboxing for 3 years and I love it. These are some of my most popular combos I hope you like them.

Combo #1

Starting in a fighting stance, arms in a pyramid position right leg to the back: *The 4 jacks are used to turn and get ready position to start punching facing the right side of the room. This way you do the combo all around the room facing front, right side, back and left side of the room. When done all around the room this 16 count combo turn into a 64 count.

Repeat leading left leg to the back and turning left first.

Combo #2

This combo turns all around the room like the first one but includes kicking. Starting feet shoulder width apart facing front, arms in a pyramid position. Repeat all over leading left kick first and moving left side wall first.

*Cresing kick is straight kick no bending of the knee going in a half circle from in to out.

*Step round house is a step in front of one foot, kick turning your hips and relaxing your foot and toes.
