Hello heart rate!

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 2734)

These patterns are to get the heart rate up - they're not complicated but will get your class sweating.

1. Mini squats

Remind them to keep their glutes stuck out
You can do this sequence again if you like

2. Super straddles

*If you have a smaller class and know they people - tell them to pick one and everyone sort of plays "follow the leader", then change people

Could someone post some final cooldown sequences (stretches etc.) - I try to mix things up but I am getting bored of all the same stretches - any creative ones out there?

Also - more cycling patterns and also upper body toning!!
