Hill Repeats

This is a Cycling pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 2735)

One of the great things about this workout is that it is easy to modify during class. Tell stronger riders not to change the bikes tension when they go from a standing climb to a seated climb. If you still need it harder have them turn the tension up half way threw the interval segment. Try to get your classes to recover as much as possible during the rest periods. This is intended to speed up recovery rate. Have fun!
