Round One!!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 2770)

This is a simple add-on combination, but very cardio and a lot of fun. My counts are on the beat of the music. You now have two 32 count combos

Repeat to the left

* Flurries are very quick small range of movement upper cuts. Your feet are also moving in place to the same tempo in a football player type run.

You want to move your feet quickly during the shuffle. Add each component one at a time. For example: First just shuffle right and left. Then shuffle right and add on jabs and shuffle left and jab. Then shuffle right, jab, and add on jacks. Then shuffle left and jab, then jacks, etc....

Remember to keep your boxing/kickboxing classes easy to follow. Keep your choreography to a minimum because that is one of the reasons you attract a different crowd....many people have had enough of complicated step choreography. This way everyone can get a great workout and have a lot of fun.

My greatest pleasure in teaching box aerobic exercise is having a grandma working out next to a teenager and having a great time!
